End-User License Agreement

By installing or using epixtudio, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. License Grant

nekoyoubi ("we", "us") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use epixtudio ("the Software") on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.

This is a one-time purchase license. There are no recurring fees, no subscriptions, and no time-limited trials that expire into nonfunctional states.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Install the Software on multiple personal devices you own
• Use the Software for any lawful purpose, commercial or personal
• Create, save, and distribute any work you produce using the Software
• Make backup copies of the Software for personal archival purposes

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software itself
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use the Software to develop a competing product
• Share your license key or activation credentials with others

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all ownership rights, including intellectual property rights, in the Software and its source code. Your license does not grant any ownership interest.

All content you create using the Software belongs entirely to you. We claim no rights to your work.

5. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions at our discretion. All future updates are included with your purchase at no additional cost.

6. Privacy and Data

The Software is designed to be offline-first. It does not collect analytics, telemetry, usage data, or personal information. The only network connection the Software makes is an optional check for available updates. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Third-Party Components

The Software includes open-source components used under their respective licenses. A list of these components and their licenses is available in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file distributed with the Software.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for all claims arising from this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
